Learning At Home
Our Learning At Home website has been designed to support you and your child with their learning.
We hope you will find that the website complements the work of our schools when they are open and when your child is unable to attend. It will also be of support when there are unexpected school closures.
The safety, health and wellbeing of your child is our priority and we are committed to ensuring their learning continues during any emergencies such as snow closures, the current coronavirus pandemic or other local events.
The content and guidance here stems from collective work across the Department of Children, Young People, Education and Skills. This will continue to be revised and will grow and change across time, guided by feedback from you.
We have used your feedback to tell us which areas of learning you would find most beneficial, and have sourced a variety of resources based on your suggestions, to supplement the learning activities set by your child’s teacher.
Please use our feedback feature to let us know what you think of the site and to give us suggestions of what you might like to see here.
Helping children to learn requires a partnership and we are keen to work with you and to provide you with any help we can.
